Note the manufacturer, model, storage or configuration and any known faults. Include the charger and relevant accessories when discussing what you have. A clear description helps the store tell you whether it makes sense to bring the item for review.
Protect your information
Ask the store about the handover process before making changes. Back up information you need and follow the device maker’s instructions for transferring ownership and removing your accounts when you proceed. Never share account passwords in an inquiry or public photograph.
